Welcome to CLIMBiT!
Get ready to take your language skills to new heights! CLIMBiT is a 3-week, task-based educational game created especially for students in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, King Abdulaziz University.

How the Game Works
• Week 1 (5-9 OCT): Complete 5 exciting language tasks
• Week 2 (12-16 OCT): Tackle 3 more challenging tasks
• Week 3 (19-23 OCT): Conquer 1 final, ultimate task
Levels unlock weekly, so there’s always something new to climb toward!
Announcement of final top winners: Sunday, 26 October

Players & Judges
• Up to 50 student participants can join the climb.
• A panel of 6 judges (1 teacher + 5 students) will guide and evaluate your progress.

Rewards & Motivation
•  Earn badges and receive motivational messages as you move up each level.
•  Everyone is celebrated: even if you don’t pass a level, you’ll still receive a digital "Certificate of Participation".
•  There are monetary prizes up for grabs for the top performers!

JUDGING RUBRIC: Scoring on a scale of 1 to 5 
5 Excellent: Exceeds expectations; highly creative, detailed, and culturally relevant
4 Strong: Meets all expectations clearly with creativity and effort
3 Satisfactory: Adequate work, covers requirements but lacks depth or originality
2 Needs Improvement: Some effort shown, but important elements are missing or underdeveloped
1 Weak: Minimal effort; does not meet basic expectations
